In line with the DOH-approved Clinical Practice Guidelines on Management of Isolated Mandibular Body Fractures in Adults published by the Philippine Academy of Craniomaxillofacial Surgery, we respectfully request your participation in this nationwide survey to assess the knowledge, attitude, and practices of General, Plastic and ENT Surgeons (Consultants, Fellows and Residents) who currently manage mandibular trauma patients. Your identity will be kept confidential, and responses will be anonymized.
