On January 31, a kickoff project of the incoming officers of the PCS Northern Luzon Chapter was made. A Mangrove Reforestation Project in Barangay Villamar, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur attended by our PCS National Officers, Drs Joselito Mendoza, Rex Madrigal and Esperanza Lahoz and PCS Executive Secretary Ms Anette Tolentino together with several members of the PCS Northern Luzon Chapter including Past PCS National President Dr Juvue Villaflor.
