Green Rx program is an initiative of Ilocos Sur Medical Society in cooperation with PCS NLC where we have distributed 100 papaya seedlings and give prescriptions on how to grow them to recipients of Barangay Villamar, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur on March 22, 2026. This activity was attended by residents of this Barangay, Philippine National Police and Bureau of Fire Protection Caoayan. After which a coastal clean up followed as part of the Sanitation Program of the chapter.
