On January 30, a MIS Outreach Program in Ilocos Sur Medical Center in Ilocos Sur Medical Center, Candon City, Ilocos Sur was provided to indigent patients in the province mostly Laparoscopic Cholecystectomies performed by Drs Juvie Villaflor, Mayeen Fernandez, Ralph Rapacon and Vicente Bernardo.
