On the night of the January 31st is the commencement of Induction Ceremonies of the PCS Northern Chapter where new set of officers were installed under the Presidency of Dr Ria Jane Uclaray. This was held in La Casa Blanca, Hotel, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur.
