In celebration of the National Women’s Month, a lecture regarding Breast Cancer Awareness was held at Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital Gabriela Silang spearheaded by the PCS Northern Luzon Chapter last February 6, 2026. Women were taught how to perform self breast exam.
