In cooperation with Ilocos Norte Medical Society, PCS Northern Luzon Chapter conducted a Wound Care and Management Workshop in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte last March 7, 2026. The workshop was attended by medical professionals, paramedical staff and surgical residents of Mariano Marcos Memorial and Medical Center as part of commitment to quality care.
