The STAR 2 (Screening, Treatment, Assistance and Rehabilitation) project for cancer patients, PCS in cooperation with Ilocos Sur Medical Society and PMA San Diego, California Chapter was relaunched as “Healing Hands Across Borders” held at the Ilocos Sur Provincial Hospital Gabriela Silang. Where we distributed “panghabuhyan” packages to cancer patients. The event was attended by Gov Jerry Singson, Chief of Hospital Dr. Pocholo Baquiran, ISMC President Dr. Glenda Rabino and PCS NLC members.
